5. Bookings, Cancellations & Refund Policy

All treatment bookings are recommended to be made in advance due to limited availability.

To confirm a booking, a 30% advance payment is required.

Our wellness packages are date-fixed. If you require a date-flexible package, please request a customized quote at the time of booking.

No-shows or cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
In the case of a genuine medical emergency, a one-time date change may be considered—only upon submission of a valid medical certificate within 48 hours of the missed date.

Shivani Ayurveda reserves the right to accept or deny rescheduling requests based on availability and the validity of the medical documentation provided.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payments via online gateways, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service.
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All services and products are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
